A lover of learning and personal development, Margaret finds joy in working with clients, strengthening her skills, and being an excellent role model to her son and those around her. She grew up in Manhattan, gained a MA in Human & Organization Studies from The George Washington University, and is currently a Senior Management Consultant with a passion for producing new results using organization behavior science.
Lauded for her change management knowledge and skills, professionalism and mentorship, Margaret wants to live life to the fullest while helping others to the best of her ability. She enjoys hosting socials – from golf outings to cocktail parties, and is currently planning a friends reunion from her black tie 50th birthday celebration – in addition to epic learning adventures with her son. Margaret places importance on creating community with neighbors and giving back to her community through volunteer work, including complimentary coaching to individuals who have recently lost their jobs. Margaret feels confident in her work, where she applies her wealth of knowledge and experience to helping organizations improve their team performance and produce purposeful work.
From fostering her relationships with her family and friends to creating relationships with clients, creating healthy relationships is a key focus in Margaret’s life. Margaret is a true romantic who still believes in love; she hopes to be married to her sweetheart to savor the second half of life together.
