“Wisdom is attractive, sexy, beautiful!”
Diane is grounded, energetic, spunky, and imbues life with humor. Though short in stature, she views life large. She received her Master’s degree from Yale as a certified nurse midwife, and is also a writer, editor, psychiatric nurse practitioner, and assistant professor at OHSU. More recently, she has decreased taking care of patients and is focusing on health policy and writing. Diane has four children, all out of the house now, and is reinventing a life of her own. She is ready for work that inspires, more time for family and friends, and travel near and far. Diane is intentional about punctuating each moment with presence.
“Love and relationships are the greatest harvest we can hope for from life,” she says. She holds gratitude for an abundance of family, beloved friends, and acquaintances in life. She has cared deeply for hundreds of patients over the years and now focuses on consulting around health policy (especially in the realm of behavioral health), brainstorming positive change with like-minded others who have unique energy to help heal the world, and writing that transforms.
