As a lover of Mother Nature, Joy loves yoga, hiking, road trips, traveling, and just generally being adventurous. She feels most alive, free and in the flow of life when spending time in nature. She has had many incredible professional experiences throughout her life – ranging from working as a general manager of the flagship San Francisco Pottery Barn store, to being an entrepreneur in Napa Valley for 16 years running a successful wine garage.
Joy aims to set a positive example for her daughter every day, and adores watching her daughter grow up. She cherishes the present moment, and tackles every aspect of her life with a sense of adventure. Joy would like to take voice lessons and eventually like to sing in a small cabaret.
Joy’s advice to her younger self: “You can’t stop the waves, you just learn to surf.”
